We aim for all orders to be processed the following working day, where possible. Please allow for possible delays during busier periods e.g. Christmas, Sales, Bank Holidays etc. We do not offer a next day delivery service.

We're pleased to offer a Click & Collect service, when placing your order please either leave a note, contact us via our website or social media platforms to arrange a suitable collection time.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We're more than confident that you will love your products, however if an item arrives which is faulty or damaged, we will be happy to offer an exchange, or refund if the item is out of stock. All damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please note you must be able to print your own label to process any faulty/damage returns.
If you change your mind on a product, then you are entitled to return the product to us, providing it is new and in an unused condition. The return postage must be sent tracked, and the postage cost must be covered by the customer. We will not refund the original postage cost, and there will be a 20% restocking fee.
All personalised items are non returnable unless faulty
